Upfront Fee Refund Policy
- The loan does not close, and
- No third-party expenses have been incurred on behalf of the borrower.
- Appraisal Fees
- Credit Report Fees
- Title Search Fees
- Other Service Fees Paid to Third Parties
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ap@fmm.com
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- If the loan was declined due to borrower misrepresentation or failure to provide required documentation, the upfront fee may not be refunded.
- Any disputes regarding refund amounts must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the refund decision.
